  • Why are there two different seat prices? One for 60 days and another for one year?
During and after completion of the course, you will refer back to the materials in your Virtual Classroom and benefit greatly from the Medicaid Knowledge Center.  Long after the day you complete all our courseware, the resources of the MLC remain at your fingertips; the amount of time the resources remain, however, is up to you - 60 days, one year, or longer with one of our maintenance packages.  The Medicaid Learning Center seat includes access to the Medicaid Knowledge Center, which contains information needed daily by Medicaid professionals.  These include links to important online resources, but most importantly, access to the over 3,000 Medicaid-related terms and acronyms that help anyone better understand the unique language of Medicaid.  Be sure to take advantage as long as your seat is open – it’s a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips.
  • If I want to let someone else know about the MLC, what’s the best way?
Email the link to our website: http://www.MedicaidLearning.com and tell your friend to take a tour (remember to have them turn up the speakers).
  • What is the difference between The Medicaid Basics Module and the MITA Learning Module?
Upon completion of the Medicaid Basics, a learner will have been through the materials of 18 Virtual Classroom courses that cover seven learning modules.  These materials give anyone in, or entering, the Medicaid professional community a solid foundation of basics.  The MITA Learning Module, on the other hand, is completely dedicated to MITA.  Once finished with these four courses, the learner has completed seven hours of in-depth MITA training.
  • What is The Medicaid Dictionary?
The Medicaid Dictionary is an online searchable tool that contains definitions for approximately 3,000 Medicaid related terms and also houses hundreds of the most commonly used acronyms.
  • Once I sign up, what do I do next?
Logon to your new account and go to the program that you just purchased or that was supplied to you.  Click on the ‘Reference Guide/User Manual Quick Start’.  Once the new page is displayed, click on the Open Course button.  This will launch a new page and display the Reference Guide.  Go through the Reference Guide to learn about the navigation of the course and additional information of how the system works.  Once you have gone through the course, exit the course and then click on the ‘Take Exam’ button.  Answer the two questions and then submit the exam.  Once this is completed, you can access any course in any order.
  • I had trouble finishing the registration process and I may have registered for my course more than once.  What do I do?
For single users, once you have logged on, go to ‘My Programs” and see if you are already registered.  The courses you have registered for will be listed on this page.  If you are registered, then your registration process is complete.  If there are no courses listed, go to ‘Register for Courses’ and proceed to purchase.  For corporate users, go to ‘My Programs’ and see if you are already registered.  If you do not see any courses, please contact your company administrator.
